About Law Mentor
Law Mentor is a comprehensive legal and trusted website for law students. It aims at elevating and promoting all legal events to approach the legal aspirants without any hitch.
Law Mentor began its journey in 2019 with a mission of making legal awareness and legal updates more accurate, transparent and accessible to every common man. It is our perspective that more updates and information about law will help people from different professions and legal aspirants in strengthening their capabilities.
Law Mentor has organized test of knowledge, a national level online quiz competition on Constitutional Law and National level essay competition on "social-legal issues in India" that received a tremendous response all over India and we have gathered an ample of participants who are actively in touch with us. Law Mentor has henceforth decided to launch their first edition of online journal to provide a platform to all the legal scholars, students to publish their papers. Also we have our ongoing event is 2nd online Test of Knowledge, a national level quiz competition covering different subjects of law.
Apart from these competitions we have conducted two webinars on the Understanding the aspects of contract drafting and Law as a Career on the 18th and 19th April, 2020 and we have also conducted Law Mentor's 1st online Workshop on 'Legal Research and Legal Drafting' on 25th and 26th April, 2020 along with Law Mentor's 2nd Workshop on 10th May 2020 which will be addressing the students on "The Art of Judgment Writing".
About the Workshop
CV is a fundamental document that makes the difference between getting an interview or being left on a pile of no thank you’s. Your CV is a snapshot of your career history; a summary of your experience and skills. The workshop aims at providing an opportunity to the attendees to know about the important aspects of this fundamental document and the ways in which you can get into your dream with the perfect CV.

Saranya Mishra is an Associate at Khaitan & Co. She graduated from ILS Law College in 2019. She has served on the board / editorial panel of various law journals like Journal for Sports Law, Blog and Policy (in collaboration with NESFIL and ILSA), NILS Journal, Indian Law Journal, etc. She has also headed the editorial of NILS International and Indian National Bar Association. She has been published by the likes of Oxford HRH, SCC Online and Maharashtra Law Journal as a student and professionally by Lexology and Mondaq.
Pranjal Doshi is a corporate lawyer based in Mumbai. He graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University and subsequently went to the University of Cambridge to pursue a post-graduate specialisation in Corporate Law. He is currently working with a Tier I Law Firm and also provides consultancy services to budding lawyers so as to maximise their chances of acceptance onto graduate study programs at prestigious colleges. Having had work experience with the Indian equivalent of magic circle law firms, as well as regulatory authorities, securities exchange and corporations at the domestic level, he assists students in structuring their internships and also aids them in CV building process.

The workshop will be conducted in a lecture mode and supplemented by many practical examples, regular feedback, and interactive sessions.
