Legal Drafting is a core skill that all law students should master. Whether you want to become a litigator, a corporate lawyer, or even get into judiciary or the academia,a solid grasp of legal drafting will hold you in good stead. Therefore, Law Mentor is organizing a Workshop on Legal Research and Legal Drafting.

Law Mentor began its journey in 2019 with a mission of making legal awareness and legal updates more accurate, transparent and accessible to every common man. OUR EVENTS:-


Law Mentor has organized test of knowledge, a national level online quiz competition on Constitutional Law and National level essay competition on "social-legal issues in India" that received a tremendous response all over India and we have gathered an ample of participants who are actively in touch with us. Law Mentor has henceforth decided to launch their first edition of online journal to provide a platform to all the legal scholars, students to publish their papers. About the Workshop


The workshop aims at helping students learn the basics of legal drafting, especially drafting legal of plaints, and written statements as well as the workshop aims at learning the art of legal research online.




Duration and timings of the workshop


April 25th and 26th;  1 PM onwards.


Resource Person


Mr. Siddharth Deoras is an Assistant Professor in Law at ITM University in Raipur. He has a keen interest and valuable experience of 3 years in the field of Legal Research and Drafting. His areas of interests are varied and extend into the sphere of subjects such as Constitution, Corporate Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring.


Besides research, he is also known for his excellence in training and mentoring students for Legal Competitive Exams including CLAT and NTA-NET.

We’ll also be issuing reading material after the registrations are over.


Pedagogy


The workshop will be conducted in a lecture mode and supplemented by many practical examples, regular feedback, and interactive sessions.

Note: We are limiting the number of ‘topics’ to ensure that we don’t sacrifice quality for quantity.
