Law Mentor has henceforth decided to launch their first edition of online journal to provide a platform to all the legal scholars, students to publish their papers. Also we have our ongoing event is 2nd online Test of Knowledge, a national level quiz competition covering different subjects of law.
Apart from these competitions, we have conducted webinars on the Understanding the aspects of contract drafting and Law as a Career on the 18th and 19th April, 2020 and also conducted numerous events, workshops and webinars in the month of May as a referral to the competitive exams, judgment writing and nuances of CV building along with guide to preparation on LLM entrance exams and various other webinars in conformation to the upcoming LLM entrance exam.
About the Webinar
Right to life under article 21 of Indian Constitution is a very crucial and broad area constituting numerous landmark cases. It enumerates right to live with dignity, right to personal liberty, right to healthy environment and many more.
The questions that arose in the minds of a law student regarding article 21 is What is the scope of article 21? What are the landmark cases based on article 21? Do article 21 applicable on foreigners? The webinar is focused on dealing with these questions and building knowledge about the landmark and recent cases of article 21 in Indian Constitution.

07th June, 2020; 4 PM onwards. The duration of the webinar will be 1 hour.
Mr. SIDDHARTH DEORAS
Mr. Siddharth Deoras is an Assistant Professor in Law at ITM University in Raipur. He has a keen interest and valuable experience of 3 years in the field of Legal Research and Drafting. His areas of interests are varied and extend into the sphere of subjects such as Constitution, Corporate Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring.
Besides research, he is also known for his excellence in training and mentoring students for Legal Competitive Exams including CLAT and NTA-NET.
The webinar will be conducted in a lecture mode on the topic "Right to Life and its Landmark Judgments (Article 21)" and will supplement regular feedback, and interactive sessions.
