Also we have our ongoing event is 2nd online Test of Knowledge, a national level quiz competition covering different subjects of law.
Apart from these competitions, we have conducted webinars on the Understanding the aspects of contract drafting and Law as a Career on the 18th and 19th April, 2020 and also conducted numerous events, workshops and webinars in the month of May as a referral to the competitive exams, judgment writing and nuances of CV building along with guide to preparation on LLM entrance exams and various other webinars in conformation to the upcoming LLM entrance exam.
About the Webinar
The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code is the primary code on insolvency and bankruptcy law established in 2016. The primary objective of the code is to consolidate insolvency resolution process for LLP's. Now, What is the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code? How does the changes brought under IBC impacts you?? What is the filing procedure of suits under IBC?
These are certain questions that arises in the minds of all law students. An understanding of IBC is critical for corporate and banking lawyers and those who want to build a practice in dispute resolution. The webinar will provide guidelines as to the process of filing suit under IBC and help you understand the changing dynamics of the Code and it will also help in making a better understanding of the code.

Mr. Vishnu Tandi is a Corporate Lawyer and currently working in Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB) as Law Officer. Before Joining TMB he has worked in the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai and Jaipur Benches. He has a rich experience and expertise in matters pertaining to Companies Act and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and other aspects of Business and Corporate Laws in India. He is Gold Medalist and Post Graduate in Corporate Law. He is also the founder of LEXKHOJ Publications. He has published numerous articles and research papers in National and international journals. He has been awarded as ‘Budding Achiever’ by International Institutional Organisation. He has also been awarded by the Indian National Bar Association for his outstanding performance.
The webinar will be conducted in a lecture mode on the 'Process of filing suit under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code' and will supplement regular feedback, and interactive sessions.
